In order to enhance the uniqueness and individuality of girls students every year various Art and literary competitions were conducted at St.Paul’s College of Arts and Science for Women, KNG pudur ,Coimbatore. In the academic year 2021-2022 nearly 42 competitions were conducted and 230 prizes and certificates were awarded to the winners.
Mr.Christy selvan, Administrator of St.Paul’s womens’ College, Mrs.Ramya Swany , correspondent and secretary of St.Paul’s Womens’ College. Mrs.Dr.M.Suburathnam, Principal of St.Paul’s Women College, and Mrs.Agaria Jancy , Headmistress of St.Paul’s Matric school and Advisor committee member of St.Paul’s womens’ college were the chief guests at the award ceremony.
The second year Computer Science student Ms.R.Indhuja welcomed the special guests and delivered the welcome address.A special prize was awarded to Ms.Belwin Benisha a student of Commerce Department who won prizes in 13 competitions. Ms.R.Karthika was awaded the “Best Student Book Reader” award for reading more books in the library in recognition and appreciation of her reading skills. Mrs.J.Anija, HOD of Commerce Department was awarded with “Best Staff Book Reader”.
Mrs.I.Ketziah Elizabeth was selected as the “Best Outgoing Student” and honoured with prizes and certificates.Ms.Vishalini of Commerce department thanked the students,teacher and special guests for the success of the awarding ceremony by proposing the vote of thanks .”Awards ceremony was well done and organized” says the chairman Rev.Dr.V.David .
